  • Do you always create the same look?

    No. At Open Home Ready we understand that all homes are individual - we will create a truly exclusive look that suits the house and desired target marke

  • How long does the staging stay in the home?

    Our staging packages cover 4 weeks, with the option to extend weekly if needed.

  • Do we pay the cost for the home staging after our property sells?

    The cost of the home staging must be paid before or on the day of installation, you can pay by credit card.

  • How long will our property be home staged for?

    Our quote includes a 4 week period of prop and staging hire, thereafter prop and furniture hire is charged out on a week to week basis.

  • How quickly can home staging be done?

    After the initial consultation at the property, and acceptance of our quote we can home stage your house usually within 1 week. This may vary in our busy seasons

  • Do we have to be at the property when it's being staged?

    No. We would advise you to leave us to it. Once we have completed your stage will invite you to come back for the grand unveiling!

  • What about my furniture – do you also do removals?

    We don’t move or store your furniture ourselves, however we can highly recommend Man & a Van for any removal needs.

  • What happens on install day?

    The team will arrive either in a morning, midday or afternoon slot. Staging will typically take 2-4 hours - depending on the size of the home. For safety, we ask clients to duck out during setup – most head out for coffee and come back for the reveal. You’ll get an update via us or we will let your agent know staging is completed

  • What if my house sells early?

    Whoo Hoo!

    However please note there is no refund, as the cost primarily reflects the styling service rather than the hire term. We’ll schedule collection as soon as the contract goes unconditional

  • What if I don’t like the style?

    Staging isn’t about personal style. It’s about maximising buyer appeal and helping your home stand out.

    However, we always consider the home’s architecture and the target market when selecting furniture.

  • Is the home staging covered by insurance?

    Yes we are fully covered.
